$325-375/month, your own bed, all-inclusive. We are a few miles south of KMIA, no car needed (Uber, Lyft, MetroRail). Left side of duplex in quiet, upscale, safe neighborhood, so that means 2 bedrooms, 9 beds (7 twin, 1 bunks), 2 full bathrooms, 1 complete kitchen (including beer, bottled water, Keurig K-cup coffee), 1 complete laundry room w/soap, 1 living rooms (w/TV/240 channel Cable), 1 dining room, new/newer furniture/mattresses, 2 BBQ gas grills, 2 mountain bikes, tons of closet space, WEEKLY maid, and huge circular driveway. Easy walking to airport train, grocery, dining, shopping, pharmacy, dry cleaners, and theater. Easy bike ride to local beach or to beach at Virginia Key on dedicated bike trails.
